1. What personal data we process: We process the personal data of children in our care (name, date of birth, address, health information necessary for care), of their legal guardians (name, address, contact details, bank details for fee payments) and, where consent has been given, photographs and video recordings of the children.
2. For what purpose and on what legal basis:
• Performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR): attendance records, catering, communication with legal guardians.
• Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR): accounting, employment administration.
• Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR): photographs and video recordings for presentation on the website and social media.
• Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR): operational security, CCTV (where installed).
3. Who we share data with: We do not sell personal data to third parties. We share it only with processors providing support services (IT administration, accounting, printing), always under a data processing agreement. We do not transfer data outside the EU.
4. How long we keep the data: Contracts and consents for the duration of the contractual relationship and 3 years thereafter. Health records until the child turns 18 plus 5 years. Photographs for as long as consent remains valid.
5. Your rights: You have the right to access your personal data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object. Consent may be withdrawn at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (www.uoou.cz, posta@uoou.cz).
